EASIEST WAY TO EAT A MANGO (without getting your hands dirty)



Just in time for summer.....Mangoes are at their sweetest in the summer. This technique can be used for any ripe mango, but best with a Champagne mango (they are also a very sweet variety). Easily found in Asian and other ethnic supermarkets. You probably won't find Champagne mangoes at most conventional supermarkets.




 Cut a mango lengthwise (with the peel still on), and make a checkered pattern with a knife, get to the bottom of the mango but don't cut through the peel.


after your pattern is etched into the mango, flip the mango. Now dig in.
